According to the Registrar Ibrahim Suleiman Umar “We have received 78% of our target applications in the first phase (PH1) and second phase (PH2) will be accommodating 22% only.

It’s obvious that we may not observe the official deadline for the application once the remaining 22% is exceeded. Therefore, we are not distributing Offline Application Forms but your duty continues as stipulated below:

WORKING MATERIALS:

1. Download Application Guidelines and study carefully via www.nedis.ng/Guidelines.jpg (also attached).

2. Refer beneficiaries to use the Code Free Online Application Form downloadable via www.nedis.ng/CodeFree_Online_Application_Form.jpg and make sure your Enumeration Code is boldly written on it to replace the Offline Application Form (also attached).

3. Download and print Offline Application Register via www.nedis.ng/Offline_Application_Register.pdf to maintain a register of offline applications (also attached).

4. Monthly Registration Target has been suspended but other items on the contract agreement remain the same.
