1- Operations Officer (2 slots)
OPERATIONS OFFICER: TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions.
- Informing customers about bank products and services.
- Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, bank supplies, and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Maintaining and balancing drawers and reconciling discrepancies.
- Keeping a clean, organized work area and a professional appearance.
- Handling transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.
- Using software to track bank information and generate reports.
- Following all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.
Key Performance Indicators
- Number of accounts opened
- Substantial Deposit.
- Punctuality.
- Days Sales Outstanding.
- Profit per Account.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum OND in any field with 2-3 years experience
- Proven experience as an operations officer.
- Proficient in MS office packages
- Good attitude with customers.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Adequate persuading skill.
- Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence.
- Must reside in Lagos Mainland
