Assistant Branch Manager
Technical Support Agent

Assistant Branch Manager

Responsibility

Provides answers to clients by identifying problems and guiding clients through corrective steps.
Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
Participates in the development of client training programs by identifying learning issues; recommending instructional language.
Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

Requirements

Expert knowledge in how operating systems and software works.
Clearly explain a technical problem to a customer/colleague.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Interpersonal skills as you will regularly be in contact with colleagues and/or customers.
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
The capacity to work well within a team
Experience in using ticketing systems and use of monitoring
Ability to deliver against deadlines and agreed target.

Note: The requirements for this position are the same as that of a Technical Support Agent. So whichever position you wish to apply for, meet these requirements.
