Assistant Branch Manager
Responsibility
- Provides answers to clients by identifying problems and guiding clients through corrective steps.
- Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
- Participates in the development of client training programs by identifying learning issues; recommending instructional language.
- Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Requirements
- Expert knowledge in how operating systems and software works.
- Clearly explain a technical problem to a customer/colleague.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Interpersonal skills as you will regularly be in contact with colleagues and/or customers.
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
- The capacity to work well within a team
- Experience in using ticketing systems and use of monitoring
- Ability to deliver against deadlines and agreed target.
Note: The requirements for this position are the same as that of a Technical Support Agent. So whichever position you wish to apply for, meet these requirements.
