3MTT Program | How To Apply for FG 3 Million Technical Talent Programme

The 3MTT program, created by the Federal Government through the Ministry of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy, aims to create a pipeline of technical talent throughout Nigeria.

 

This is a request for applications for training organizations and interested Nigerians (who wish to be trained) for the pilot phase, which aims to teach 30,000 tech talent across Nigeria in accordance with the Ministry’s 1%-10%-100% implementation approach.

 

The initiative is an essential component of the Renewed Hope Agenda, which aims to strengthen Nigeria’s technical talent base in order to fuel our digital economy and establish Nigeria as a net talent exporter.

 

Skills in Focus:

For the first phase, we will focus on these twelve (12) technical skills:

1. Software Development

2. UI/UX Design

3. Data Analysis & Visualisation

4. Quality Assurance

5. Product Management

6. Al/Machine Learning

7. Cybersecurity

8. Game Development

9. Cloud Computing

10. Dev Ops

11. Animation

12. Data Science
