Up Talent Private Limited is a newly established Human Resource Consulting firm, which aims at professionally providing various HR related services especially to Tech industries and BPOs. Up Talent works closely to bridge the gap between talent & opportunities and offers end-to-end recruitment solutions.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for product planning and product launch; including managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle with your team, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working with the engineering team to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing, and support to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

What You Will Do:

Deliver MRDs (Marketing Requirement Documents) and PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) with prioritized features and corresponding justification
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
Be an expert in product knowledge and competition/competitive strategies
Oversee the Management of the integration process with launch accounts and get in-depth delivery experience
Detail product enhancements to improve user experience through high-level reports and metric tracking
Maintain and enhance quality assurance controls for our product(s)
Co-pilot with the CTO to ensure that the engineering department delivers functional solutions
Drive research and growth initiatives to identify customer needs and market gaps
Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines
Driving your team’s KPIs whilst strategically impacting the company-wide metrics

Experience and skills:

3+ years of Product Manager experience, ideally within the fintech space
Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship
Fintech experience is a strong bonus
Familiarity with market research, consumers behavior, design, and marketing techniques
Hands-on experience with web and mobile technologies
Knowledge of project management tools
Strong time management skills
Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Hit the ground running mentality
An entrepreneurial, self-starter is a strong bonus
Must go above and beyond with the technical abilities to match
