Concerning the FATE Scholar Program. The FATE Scholar Program is an entrepreneurial training program for Nigerian students that aims to provide aspiring business owners with the knowledge and tools they need to create prosperous enterprises. The Foundation for African Youth Enterprise (FATE) has been running the program since 2000.
Promising entrepreneurial students are typically chosen for the FATE Scholar Program from a variety of Nigerian universities. They receive a rigorous training program that includes opportunities for leadership and business development, mentoring, networking, and access to funding and resources.
In order to be considered for the program, applicants must pass a difficult selection process. Students with an entrepreneurial mindset who have shown a passion for starting enterprises and having a positive influence on their communities often make for successful applicants.
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
Application is open from 17th February 2023 to 20th March 2023. Only successful candidates will be contacted.
The FATE Scholar Program has the following application process:
Stage 1- Applicants apply for the program via https://soar.fatefoundation.org/auth/signup.
Stage 2: Successful applicants are shortlisted and contacted.
Stage 3: Successful applicants undergo the second stage of the application process.
Stage 4: Successful applicants are contacted.
Stage 5- Successful applicants go through the final stage of the application process.
Stage 6- Successful applicants are contacted and announced in August.
