Stepping Stones Clinic is a private child and adolescent mental health clinic. We are looking for an experienced and professional medical secretary who can join our team as a freelance worker. We are a busy mental health practice and the medical secretary will support the consultants in the clinic by doing typing from dictaphones as well as entering the typed material into the correct pre-designed templates.

Medical Secretary
The secretary will also be the PA of one consultant who will work one day a week and the work of the secretary will involve managing phone calls, booking and appointments. It is likely that the post will be 3 half days a week and two full days. If you have experience of delivering high quality work as well as being able to cope with the challenging demands of a busy, but rewarding job, then we want to hear from you. Any experienced medical secretary can apply, but if you have worked in mental health in the private sector, it will be an advantage.
