APPLICATION PORTAL, INTERVIEW DATE, LOCATION, AND TIME FOR THE 2023/2024 RIVERS STATE UNIVERSAL BASIC EDUCATION BOARD RECRUITMENT. The Rivers State government’s Universal Basic Education Board (UBEB) is tasked with ensuring that all school-age children in the state get free, universal, and basic education.

Please study the information below as you get ready for your interview if you apply for the 2023 Rivers State Universal Basic Education Board recruiting. after the application process deadline, which expired on April 19, 2023. The Commission’s management has started the interview process in an effort to conduct a transparent hiring procedure.

 

WHAT DATE IS THE RSUBEB INTERVIEW?

We are happy to let you know that if you applied for the 2023 Rivers State Universal Basic Education Board (RSUBEB) recruiting, your interview has been scheduled for May 15–17.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR A JOB AT THE RIVERS STATE UNIVERSAL BASIC EDUCATION BOARD?

The Rivers State Universal Basic Education Board (RESUBEB) invites applications from qualified candidates to fill teaching positions in the junior secondary, primary, and early Child Care Development Education (ECCDE) sections of the Rivers State Smart School in accordance with the Federal Government’s approval of a smart school for Rivers State and the ensuing approval for staffing.

 

GENERAL REQUIREMENT FOR THE 2023 RIVERS STATE UNIVERSAL BASIC EDUCATION BOARD RECRUITMENT

1. Candidates shall be no less than 18 years and no more than 40 years old at the time of application.
2. Candidates shall have demonstrable skill in the use of Microsoft word, power point, excel, connecting Devices, and the Internet.
3. Candidates shall posses a minimum of Bachelors Degree in Education or a post Graduate Diploma in Education, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree. In the case of persons to be deployed to the Early child care Development Education (ECCDE) section, a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) with Speculation in ECCDE may be accepted.
4. A teaching license certified by the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) Shall be an added Advantage.
5. Prior working experience in a Smart School shall be an added Advantage.
6. Candidates shall Demonstrate Capacity for written and Spoken Communication in English.
7. Recruitment of Candidates Shall be through a computer based test and interview to determine Competence in Pedagogical, Psychological and Organizational Skills.

• Application letter, typewritten, and signed by applicant.
• Recent colour passport photaograph (Not older than six months) on a white Background.
• Birth certificate or affidavits of Birth (recently Sworn age Declaration are liable to be rejected.

• All educational certificates from first School leaving Certificate (FSLC) and Senior School Certificate to Highest degree attained by candidate.
• • Professional license and Certification like TRCN.
  • Local Government Identification Certificate.
• NYSC discharge or Exemption Certificate, where applicable.
• Detailed curriculum Vitae with the names, designation, telephone numbers, and email address of three Referees.
