Reno said that one is in a state called “Theta” when one wakes up in the morning. He said that Theta is a semi spiritual existence and one’s prayers are powerful during this problem. But when one reaches out to one’s phone or does any other activity, one immediately switches from the Theta state to the wordly state.

He added that many people feel anxiety because they did not switch from the Theta state to full physical state with proper prayers. Reno Omokri said: “Pray immediately you wake in the morning because when you wake, you are in a state of mind called Theta. During Theta, your prayers are most powerful”.
