Open Call for Applications. Presidential Amnesty Programme Scholarship 2022 Application portal now open to reintegrate ex-agitators and persons from the impacted communities.
The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) was established to transform ex-agitators into entrepreneurs and/or employable citizens who will become net contributors to the economy of the region and the country through effective collaboration with relevant public and private institutions and state governments in the region.
Train the ex-agitators to become entrepreneurs who will act as agents of change to reverse the narrative of a people dependent on stipends but to self-actualised employers of labour and net contributors to the economic prosperity of the Niger Delta.
we offer scholarships for tertiary institutions aimed at building human capacity relevant to the Niger Delta. In furtherance of this, undergraduate students will be bonded for a period of 1 year to serve the Niger Delta Community.
