Customer Relationship Manager
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
- Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors
Requirements
- B.Sc / B.A in Business Administration or similar field
- Minimum of 3 years experience.
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred

Key Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

POS Aggregator
Job Description
- Identification and onboarding of new aggregators of other platforms
- Monitoring of all aggregators and their sub-Agents performances
- Engagement of aggregators to ensure resolution of issues, complaints and follow through to ensure that issues are resolved urgently
- Terminal Management- Ensure that terminals are deployed to the right aggregators with the highest potential for viability- Follow through on terminal deployment to ensure that only the right agents have terminals and terminals are put to use as soon as they are deployed to aggregators
- Engagement of new ‘orphaned’ aggregators as soon as they are set up to ensure they are mapped to an aggregator manager weekly.
- Leverage WhatsApp groups to share updates, learning tips, and new product offerings to aggregators
Qualification
- Minimum of B.Sc in related fields
Skills Required:
- Must have Sales experience of 3 years and above
- Good communication and selling skills
- Ability to manage a team.
- Banking experience selling or managing POS agency
- Must have a good network of POS agents across Lagos
