Having identified many of these challenges and mistakes being made when seeking assistance from the Supports Team, it has become necessary to guide the affected beneficiaries, to ensure that no one who is interested in the laudable initiative of the government, would be left behind.

Email Verification:
The e-mail verification is a security measure to ensure that an applicant of the Program is a bona fide Batch A and B N-power Beneficiary as the initiative is solely for their transition and not the general public. Many applicants have complained of non-delivery of their e-mail verification links.
Solution:
“Not recognized as a Beneficiary” [Email Address, Name Order or BVN issues]
The N-Exit Portal was built in synergy with your existing data in the NPVN Portal and the only data it can accept is what is contained in your NPVN Portal.

How to effectively Communicate with the Supports Team
It will be very hard to understand your problem if you just listed your Personal details and sent to supports through “support@n-sip.gov.ng” without explaining specifically what your individual problem is.
Solution:
Give your complaint a simple body before presenting your personal details. Examples are as follows:
Dear NSIP Supports Team,
I write to complain about my inability to register on the N-Exit portal following the error in my e-mail address as observed in my NPVN profile. The e-mail address in my NPVN portal is aliyumusadav@gmail.com but my actual e-mail address is aliyumusadave@gmail.com.
Thank you and God bless.
Dear NSIP Supports Team,
I am writting to complain about my inability to register on the N-Exit portal following the loss of my e-mail address used during N-power Registration. Actually, my e-mail account was hacked.
I had used ifeomaogbonna@gmail.com to register for the N-power Progtam in 2016 but following the hacking of my account, I had created a new e-mail address, ifeomaogbonna123@gmail.com, which I appeal, should be used in furtherance to the program.
Thank you and God bless.
Dear NSIP Supports Team,
I write to complain about my inability to register on the N-Exit portal following the inaccessibility of my email address used during N-power Registration.
I had used tundeogunjobi@naij.com to register for the N-power Program in 2017 but following the closure of the Naij.com e-mail service, I had created a new e-mail address, tundeogunjobi@gmail.com, which I appeal, should be used in furtherance to the N-power program.
Thank you and God bless.
You must ensure that your First Name or Surname in your NPVN profile is entered exactly as required during NEXIT Registration. Note that due to traffic, the best time to register is at night or early hours of the morning.
There has been issues of beneficiaries whose email addresses are correct and BVN also correct yet, they were rejected by the N-Exit portal. This may be due to data transfer error.
Solution:
Dear NSIP Supports Team,
I write to complain that I have not been able to register on the N-Exit portal even though my personal data as contained in my NPVN profile were used but rejected with a pop-up not recognising me as an N-power Beneficiary.
Let me state that the data contained in my NPVN profile are free of errors including BVN and First and Surname correctly ordered, yet rejected by the N-EXIT portal.
Warm Regards.
It’s advised you don’t use the error BVN yet.
If you encounter this issue, firstly, contact Supports as follows:
Dear NSIP Supports Team,
I am writting to complain that the BVN in my NPVN profile differs with my actual BVN which I understood would affect me if used in the NEXIT Portal.
Let me state that other data contained in my NPVN profile are free of errors except the BVN. My actual BVN is 22275439001 but the BVN in my NPVN profile is 22275439201.
Warm Regards.
