the MSME Survival Fund and the Guarantee Offtake Scheme led by Ambassador Mariam Katagum has assured general public that the N75 Billion MSME Survival Funds application portal https://www.survivalfund.gov.ng will reopen for the General Grant and Guaranteed Offtake Scheme on 9th February, 2021.

The Guaranteed Offtake Scheme which is also part of the Federal Government MSME Survival Funds will protect and sustain the income of 100,000 vulnerable Micro and Small Enterprises by guaranteeing the offtake of their product.
The Project Delivery Office (PDO) of the MSME Survival Funds stated that 2,640 MSMEs would benefit from the Scheme across the States of the Federation except the hub of MSMEs in Nigeria: Lagos, Kano and Abia that would witness higher number of 3,880, 3,280 and 3,080 Beneficiaries respectively.

Sanitisation and Cleaning Materials
Lot 1 – PRODUCTS: Face Mask, Liquid Soap, Disinfectant , Hand Sanitiser
CATEGORY B
Processed Food
Lot 2 – GRAINS: Beans, Garri, Acha, Alkama – Wheat, Brabusco, Rice (Parboiled), Rice (Raw) – Paddy
Lot 3 – FLOUR: Yam Flour, Plantain Flour, Soya Bean Flour, Garin Dawanke, Cassava Flour
Lot 4 – OIL: Palm Oil, Groundnut Oil, Coconut Oil, Honey
Lot 5 – SPICES: Dry Locust Beans, Curry Powder, Tumeric Powder, Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder
The Project Delivery Office (PDO) of the MSME Survival Funds Scheme also added that potential beneficiaries of the Scheme must meet the following:
- Applicant must be a Nigerian National.
- Applicant business must be registered with the Corporate Affairs Commision.
- Applicant must be ready to produce under NAFDAC and SON specifications.
- Applicant must have a verifiable Bank Verification Number (BVN).
- Applicant must have at least 2 Staff Members.

The general MSME Grant is a one-off grant of N50,000 that will be given to each qualified MSME as direct cash injection into their Enterprise. The total number of beneficiaries in this track is 100,000 spread across the states.
