Ecoheroes Africa 2021 African Youth Food Security and Climate Change Ambassador (Fully-funded)

The Ecoheroes Africa project is an African Youth Food Security and Climate Change Ambassador Program. The project targets young people aged 14 – 35 years from across Africa who work as Ambassadors to halt climate change while ensuring food security. For 10 years, we will work with 5000 Ambassadors to plant 10million trees and set up 1000 community/ school gardens in 10 years. The AYFSCCAP will also mentor and train 1000 youths across Africa on agribusiness.

Every year, AYOSA selects 500 youth ambassadors passionate about Climate change and food security to plant 1 million fruit trees and set 100 schools gardens. In addition, AYOSA train 100 selected youth on entrepreneurship, regenerative agriculture, and agricultural enterprise development.

Outstanding ambassadors receive a mini-grant of $100 – 250$ to support their school garden project in addition to other benefits enlisted for the ambassadors.
