COVID-19 CALL FOR PROPOSAL – The Africa CDC, African Union, and the Mastercard Foundation invite proposals from implementing partners to provide implementation services to support Risk Communication and Community Engagement (RCCE) in relation to COVID-19 vaccination rollout in African Union Member States.

Objective

The overall objective of this call for proposal is to support African Union Member States in designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the RCCE activities necessary for scaling up COVID-19 vaccination to at least 60 per cent coverage of their populations with safe and effective COVID-19 vaccines by 2022.

Bidders are required to provide the following documents:
● Submission of a Funding Application Form, short Concept Note, Full Technical proposal, and detailed budget in the format provided in the bid document
● Where bidders are bidding as a consortium or joint venture, details of the partners are required with a clear indication of who the lead bidder is.
● Organisational documentation as requested in the Application Guidelines and Application Form
