774 000 Jobs Latest Update. We are pleased to inform you that the Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo, has Saturday said that President Mohammadu Buhari has approved the release of 3 months stipends to the beneficiaries of the Special Public Works Programme (SPW).

The Special Public Works (SPW) Programme which officially commenced on 5th January, 2021 will be exactly 3 months in April, 2021 while none of the beneficiaries has received any stipend since it’s commencement.
According to https://www.myinfoclock.com/2021/03/774000-jobs-fg-set-to-commence-3-months.html, Keyamo releasing the heart warming information through his official Twitter handle noted the he has directed the NDE to begin processing the payments and participants should begin to receive payments soon.
“President Muhammadu Buhari has graciously directed a release of the funds for the payment of stipends to the 774,000 participants of the SPW programme.
“I have consequently directed the NDE to begin processing the payments and participants should begin to receive payments soon.
“In order to eliminate fraud and/or double payments, I have also directed that every payment to participants should be made using the BVN of their accounts so we can have an audit trail of every single payment. Those who registered with different names shouldn’t expect payments,” he wrote through his official handle https://mobile.twitter.com/fkeyamo.
The program engaged 774, 000 Nigerians across the Federation as part of the President Mohammadu Buhari’s palliative measures to cushion the effect of COVID-19 pandemic on vulnerable Nigerians.
